Celebrate Halloween while you learn about East Rock Creek Village You will enjoy conversation and light refreshments with ERCV members and volunteers. Everyone is invited -- bring your neighbor.

The ERCV office space is in the basement of 7707 13th St. in the block south of Kalmia. Follow the alley around to the back of the house to enter.
