SORRY, NO CLASS December 6th
Antonia teaches a gentle yoga class. Stretching, balancing, and relaxation poses are done sitting in a chair or standing next to it. Wear loose clothing. No equipment needed. All are welcome
Class is held in Meeting Room #2 on the second floor of the library -- there is an elevator. There is a small parking lot in front of the library, free street parking on the West side of Georgia Ave. north of the library and metered street parking on the West side of Georgia Ave South of the library.
