OTAGO is a program of strength and balance exercises and walking that is proven to reduce the risk of falls among seniors. We will have class twice a week and ask participants to do the exercises one additional day each week at home and walk for 30 minutes twice a week. recommended for those who can walk without or with an assistive device and want to improve their balance and ability to resist falls.
