All are Welcome to join this morning walk.  We meet at 10am at the East Rock Creek Village office at 7707 13th St NW -- the basement entrance around the back of the house --- and walk through the neighborhood to the lower field behind Shepherd School where some walk a couple of times around the track or do some stair climbing before we walk back up the hill along Kalmia. All are invited for post walk refreshments at the office

No reservation is needed but if you email us here you will receive an email reminder on Sundays and notice of any walk cancellations.
