OTAGO FALL PREVENTION EXERCISE CLASS IN-PERSON!
- Interested in improving your balance and strength? Are you afraid of falling or have you had a fall? Otago may be the exercise class for you. It is a series of 17 strength and balance exercises that can reduce falls in older adults.
- Classes will be held at the Shepherd Park Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays for eight weeks beginning March 7th from 1:15PM to 2:15PM and will be taught by our trained volunteers. Participants will be required to wear a mask during the in-person classes. There will also be a once-a-week online Zoom class available. Please note that there is construction happening near the library and parking is limited. Rides may be able to be arranged.
