HOUSE REVIEW: PREVENTING FALLS, FROM AWARENESS TO ACTION

·      Many people think falls are a normal part of aging. The truth is, they're not. Most falls can be prevented—and you have the power to reduce your risk. National Falls Prevention Awareness Week is September 23 – 27, 2024 with the theme “From Awareness to Action”.

·      Home organizer, Takoma DC neighbor, and owner of Just That Simple, Judy Tiger, will help us do just that. She will focus this presentation on how getting organized can help prevent falls in a continuation of her “House Review” series.

·      You will learn from Tiger’s personalized, non-judgmental and soothing approach to the ‘why and how’ of falls can be prevented so you can put her top tips to work for you.
