We Need Volunteers for the Holiday Party on Sunday December 7th. Please register using the red REGISTER box on this page and indicate your preference for a role in the Comments. Be sure to register for the party as well on the events list or calendar

• Volunteer roles include decorating and bringing in supplies from 1:00pm until 2:00pm (some carrying is required but we dont have to set up any tables this year),
• greeting guests outside at the curb from 1:30pm until 2:45pm,
• serving food from 2:00pm until 4:30pm (2 shifts?)
• assisting guests in hanging up coats, getting seated, getting food and drink, and getting ready to leave 2:00pm to 5:00pm (2-3 shifts)
• monitoring and assisting with trash collection,
• setting up gift table and assisting with the gift selection by guests from 1:30pm to 5:00pm, and
• cleaning up which will including boxing and loading undistributed gifts but no break down of tables will begin at 5pm and be done before 6pm

We are also looking for volunteers to pickup donated gifts, sort and pack them before party day -- if you want to help with this, enter a comment or reply to this email.  Also look for a service request for 3 volunteers to chop vegetables on Wed December 3rd at 6pm

Member requests for rides to and from the party will be listed in the regular driver volunteer emails.  You can combine requests to transport 2 or 3 guests.
