OTAGO FALL PREVENTION EXERCISE ONLINE
Strengthen and balance from home: Join Antonia, our yoga instructor, for an online Otago exercise practice tailored for those familiar with the Otago routine or other strength and balance classes. The class is suitable for most fitness levels, with easy-to-follow exercises. Ankle weights are encouraged but not required.
For experienced participants: This online class is specifically designed for those who have already learned the Otago routine, including participants in our in-person classes.
How to join: Go to ERCV’s event calendar and register for the class you want to attend to receive the Zoom link; or just email us to be placed on the reminder list.
