OTAGO FALL PREVENTION EXERCISE ONLINE
Strengthen and balance from home: Join Susan Davis for an online Otago exercise practice tailored for those familiar with the Otago routine or other strength and balance classes. The class is suitable for most fitness levels, with easy-to-follow exercises. Ankle weights are encouraged but not required.
For experienced participants: This online class is specifically designed for those who have already learned the Otago routine, including participants in our in-person classes.
